All clothings, accessories and photography are fulfilled by Printful and follow Printful's returns and refund policy. Please click here for all details.

For returns and refunds please then contact Chat Noir Ltd. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. No returns or refunds will be accepted for any damage caused during transport and delivery and for misuse of a product by a customer. To be returned, items must remain unworned and keep the labels on. Items worned then washed, covered in perfume or deodorant will not be refunded.

Items with animal smells, smoke smells or any thing else suggesting that the item has been used will not be refunded.

Refunds will only be initiated after Chat Noir Ltd receives and inspects the item.

For exchanges, please contact Chat Noir Ltd to return your item first then purchase the item you want for our shop.

As all potteries are handcrafted on-demand, we are currently unavailable to offer returns or refunds.

Chat Noir Ltd is not responsible for any damage occuring during transport and delivery.
